1. Introduction

Welcome to Swiftbot ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Swiftbot, a Discord bot developed to enhance your server experience. By inviting, accessing, or using Swiftbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.


2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord`'s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not:
    • Use the bot for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the bot`'s services.
    • Spam commands or abuse bugs or unintended features.
    • Circumvent restrictions or rate limits.
  • Fair Use: We may restrict access or functionality for users or servers found misusing the bot.

3. Bot Availability

We strive to maintain continuous operation of Swiftbot, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service. Swiftbot may experience downtime for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen issues.


4. Data Collection & Privacy

By using Swiftbot, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data collected may include user IDs, server IDs, and interaction logs. We do not collect personal or sensitive information.

  • Data is stored securely and encrypted using MongoDB.
  • Data is used only for bot functionality.
  • Data can be deleted upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features associated with Swiftbot are the intellectual property of Swift Inc. or its respective creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the bot without permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Swiftbot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, disruption, or misuse caused by the bot.
  • You assume full responsibility for how the bot is used in your server.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will revise the effective date above and post a notice in the Support Server. Continued use of Swiftbot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to ban, restrict, or terminate access to Swiftbot at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of ToS violations.
